libdde-linux26: configure Linux kernel code for 64bit physical addresses.

Any probed PCI device having a 64 bit BAR whose address is beyond the
32 bit space is disabled. This occurs regardless of whether this Linux
code will manage the device and consequently other Hurd servers have
their PCI service disabled. The simplest solution, which we should do
anyway on machines having 64 bit physical address potential, is to
configure Linux for 64 bit physical addresses.
